While the holiday season can be happy one for many, it can also be stressful or sad for others.

If you or someone you know is being abused or suffering with mental illness, you can call or go online to get support and help.

For domestic violence, bullying or abuse, staff are on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week. CALL 1-877-977-0007 if you are not in immediate danger, but require information or assistance.
