So it looks like the people at Facebook decided it was necessary to make a change but really…was it?

Last year Instagram introduced their “Stories feature” where you upload as much content as you want to you story and those videos/pictures are only visible for 24 hours. Makes sense because Instagram is all about video and pictures. It was fun and easy.

Now Facebook has moved the “Stories” feature to their app…oh and they can copy this because Facebook owns Instagram. But is it necessary to have this feature on both of their apps? No not really BUT I guess for people who use one but not the other maybe it makes sense. It just seems oh-so redundant!

Oh and another note…Facebook didn’t create the “Stories” feature…that was done by the people over at Snapchat

So, what are people saying about the new Stories feature??

Personally, I feel like there’s far to many ways to keep people that UPDATED with my extremely boring life!
