Facebook remains one of IF NOT, the most popular social media websites in the world.

Approximately 1.79 billion monthly active users (as of the third quarter of 2016). With that many users, online security and safety is important.

Have you ever logged on and just felt that something wasn’t right?

Maybe you felt as though someone else (maybe a loved one, maybe a stranger) had been on your account?

Well, here’s a way to check to see if anyone has logged onto your account, and more importantly where they may have.

STEP 1:

While logged onto Facebook, go to SETTINGS.

STEP 1

STEP 2:

Go to SECURITY

STEP 2

STEP 3: Click on WHERE YOU’RE LOGGED IN & EDIT

STEP 3

You’ll be able to see every place (and every platform) that someone (including yourself) logged onto your account.

To be even more safe, you can sign up for login alerts, by going to SETTINGS>SECURITY>LOGIN ALERTS.

Interestingly enough…a new study says 1 in 5 adults have secretly accessed an account that isn’t theirs. The story via Global News
