Ed Sheeran Facing Copyright Lawsuit

Ed Sheeran is facing a $20 million copyright lawsuit from Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard, who claim “Photograph” has similar structure to their song, “Amazing”, released by X Factor winner Matt Cardle.

Photograph was the fifth single from Sheeran’s 2014 album x and has sold more than 3.5 million copies worldwide.
