Was he channeling his inner 80’s t-shirt? Wanted a tribute for Cedric the Lion? I’m not one to usually judge tattoos but that reminds me of a 70’s velour painting. Not hot.

THANK YOU!! That’s a pretty elaborate prank but then it is Ed Sheeran. He’s pretty famous and, I’m assuming, is worth a whole lot of money now so has the time & means to mess with us on such a large scale.

Except…there was still one more Instagram post last night to go.

Now every time I imagine his adorable ginger head crooning a beautiful tune I’m going to picture it on top of a turtleneck because only that might be enough layers to keep images of the giant lion seeping through.

*sigh*

By the way, to all the haters like me, Ed Sheeran says he likes the tattoo and that’s all that matters. And it really is.
