Justin surprised mega fan Ashley with a Quinceanera on Fox’s “Knock Knock Live” Tuesday night. She missed out on her Quinceanera after  being hospitalized and sick with meningitis.

It’s no secret that Justin Bieber has been cleaning up his image lately. However, even in his “bad phase, Justin was still always giving back, it was just being overshadowed.
