At his show in Saskatoon he helped a couple get engaged! The soon to be groom met Ed at a private function before the show, he told him that his girlfriend has been battling brain cancer but he wanted to propose to her at his show before Thinking Out Loud! So Ed made good on playing the song and the couple got engaged while the song was on! Ed even took a sec to acknowledge them in the crowd!!
