Do you sleep on your back,  roll over to your side, or maybe you sleep on your stomach?

 

While you may think this pre-sleep move is just your way of getting comfy, experts say it says a lot about your personality—and your health.

Well … you could be a worrier. Tough on the outside but sensitive on the inside , the side sleeper has a few other things to worry about. Experts say, the potential health woes of a side sleeper can include acid reflux.

 

What about on your back?

Sleeping flat on your back, arms at your side, can mean you’re rigid and inflexible with a touch of the bossy in you. The survey shows that on-the-back-sleepers can also be stubborn and rather set in their ways.

 

If your arms drift above you head, however, you’re always ready to listen, help others, and make a great friend.
