Avril Lavigne is back after a five month battle with Lyme Disease. She co-wrote the brand new track with her husband Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger and Chris Hodges, formerly with Evanescence. All the proceeds from “Fly” will benefit Special Olympics.

“This song means a lot to me personally,” shared Avril. “It is inspired by the many young people I’ve met throughout my work with my Foundation. They pursue their dreams no matter what obstacles they face.”

“Fly” is available on iTunes and will be showcased on the Special Olympics’ first-ever Unified Relay Across America.
